Cristiano Ronaldo wants Juventus to sign Barcelona legend
Cristiano Ronaldo wants one of Barcelona’s highest regarded sporting personalities to be a part of Juventus from next season.
Juventus and Cristiano Ronaldo have been knocked out of this season’s UEFA Champions League in the quarter finals and the Portuguese is now on the verge of seeing his rival Lionel Messi of Barcelona win a sixth Ballon d’Or. The Old Lady of Turin did win the Serie A, but that is never enough in a league of little competition.

Juventus are contemplating the option of firing Massimiliano Allegri after the season following crash outs from the Champions League as well as Coppa Italia in spite of having a handsome squad. Most of the blame has rightly been passed onto the manager and correctly so because his tactics have been absolutely poor.
Cristiano Ronaldo now wants Max Allegri to be replaced by current Manchester City and former Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola, according to Fox Sports. The Spanish boss has a tendency of instantly winning trophies at helms after signing on. While his first season at Man City was turbulent, the Citizens did storm past every English side last year and are doing the same this time out.
Max Allegri has no intention of vacating his role at Juventus and has confirmed so, but the 51-year-old will not be in a position to dictate his future if the reigning Italian champions end up taking a call. With that said, Pep Guardiola would by no means be a bad choice, but would ask for a revamp in the centre of the park.
Aaron Ramsey is already signed and will arrive for next season while some more money might need to be spent. Juventus might actually consider bringing the ex-Bayern boss in following his exploits with Manchester City. There would be talk of a bad relationship between Ronaldo and Pep, but the past adversities will certainly be kept aside between two professionals who are the epitomes of success in their jobs.
Moreover, Barcelona was the only team that gave Pep a pathway into lifting the Champions League during his coaching career and not doing so at Bayern Munich and Man City has seen the Catalan be the subject of the media’s slack. At Juventus, Pep may potentially have his best chance of winning the UCL of late along with Ronaldo, who is arguably the greatest Champions League player.
