Real Madrid are looking for a squad overhaul and could sell off one of their stars who has conquered the midfield for several years now.
Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has been speaking to players who have been deemed surplus as to him and will not have a future at the club next season. Gareth Bale, Dani Ceballos and Marcos Llorente are the three main players who have been spoken to by their manager and would be looking to taste newer pastures next season.

The Frenchman will be making room for summer signings by talking to a few more players and Toni Kroos could be one of them, according to Diario GOL. Toni Kroos, one of the best midfielders in the world, has had a below par season and has been on the radar of Manchester City. Should Zidane receive an offer in excess of 70 million euros for the Germany international, he wouldn’t bother to stop him.
The likes of Sergio Ramos, Karim Benzema and Isco, who are going to be integral under Zinedine Zidane next season are aware that Toni Kroos is unloved by the Madrid manager and could be heading out of the club during the summer. That said, the three men expect Federico Valverde to be his successor in the centre of the park.
Should Real Madrid actually be ready to sell him, Toni Kroos would not have any issues with being a first team player at any other European club. The former Bayern Munich midfielder has already made it clear that he wants to taste success in the Premier League and next season could be a golden opportunity for him to do so.
Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City is thought to be a side that is interested in signing Kroos. The former Barcelona boss has already worked with the midfield maestro during his days in Bavaria and as he braces for Ilkay Gundogan’s probable departure, Pep may well have found his midfield piece in Real Madrid’s Toni Kroos.
Do you think just 70 million euros is a good enough price for Toni Kroos?
