According to Metro UK, Manchester United have made Sebastian Haller a possible replacement should Romelu Lukaku complete his move to Inter Milan this summer.
Man United is looking to offload several players this summer, with Romelu Lukaku being one of the most notable. New Inter Milan boss Antonio Conte wants the Belgian, but The Red Devils won’t let him go for less than their 80 million euros asking price.
If Lukaku does leave, United has made Frankfurt standout striker Sebastien Haller a possible target for this summer’s transfer window. The Frenchman enjoyed a breakout year with the Bundesliga side, bagging 20 goals and 12 assists in 40 appearances across all competitions as Frankfurt advanced all the way to the Europa League semifinals, losing to eventual winners Chelsea in penalty kicks.

He formed a remarkable partnership with fellow striker Luka Jovic, who signed a six-year deal with Real Madrid on Tuesday. Between the two, they scored a historic 47 goals.
A physically imposing figure at 6 foot 3, Haller has been a lethal goal-scorer and playmaker for the majority of his career. Before making the move to Germany in 2017, he starred for FC Utrecht in the Eredivisie, where he netted 41 goals in 82 appearances across three seasons.
United is in dire need of a quality striker who can bring some consistency in front of net, as they have really lacked a true goal-scorer. Marcus Rashford has been brilliant at times, but not consistent enough. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made it a priority to sign a new striker if Lukaku leaves for Italy and Haller could be his man. United scouts reportedly watched him while he was at Stamford Bridge in Europa League competition and they were very impressed.

The 24-year old center forward was one of the most electric players in the Bundesliga this year but is relatively unknown across Europe. His abilities speak for themselves as a finisher and a playmaker.
Haller led the Bundesliga with the most challenges this season, winning over 50 percent of the tackles he went into. He is a physical player who works extremely hard to get the ball, using his big, strong frame to outmuscle opponents. His aerial presence is also breathtaking, winning the majority of duels in the air.
His unselfishness and eye for teammates in a better position is a special quality he carries. Pair that with Haller’s ruthlessness in front of goal and you have an all-around striker who would be a perfect fit for The Red Devils.
