After giving a series of exceptional performances in club football, Sancho was called up to represent England and hence featured for The Three Lions 6 times.

One club that has shown growing interest to sign the young superstar is Manchester United. The Red Devils are looking to make smart moves in the transfer window this summer and manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is doing his best to recruit young talent which is evident by the signings of Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Daniel James. Now, Sancho perfectly fits the bill here but Man United legend Wayne Rooney believes that Sancho should consider staying at his current club rather than making a big money move elsewhere. Mirror states that Rooney considers Dortmund to be a great club and a powerhouse for developing young talent and that when it comes to Sancho, it is really evident how the player has developed over the past year.
Rooney however believes that Sancho made a switch to Germany in order to play more first team football, something he is getting at Dortmund and urged the player to consider whether he would get the same amount of playing time in England or would he be on bench more often. Laying emphasis on how more game time is important for young players like Sancho, Rooney is of the opinion that Jadon Sancho should remain at Dortmund in order to continue playing more first team football.
Sancho is under contract till 2022 at Dortmund and given his current valuation of approximately £90 million, Dortmund would sell the player for a humongous profit having bought him for just £7 million from Manchester City but the club would be more than willing to hold on to their prodigy, who played an integral role in challenging Bayern Munich for the Bundesliga title last season.
Will Jadon Sancho be on the lookout for a bigger club or will he take Rooney’s advice to remain at Dortmund ?
