Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has given the club his approval to sanction one of the squad’s midfielder’s exit for a reported 75 million euros.
Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is getting more and more clarity over what will be his ideal starting eleven in the coming season as the friendlies pass by. The results have not favoured the Whites across the five fixtures, but there have certainly been a large number of positives as well as negatives that could be picked up from the results.

Diario GOL has reported that the Whites are considering the sale of Isco. The former Malaga midfielder has barely featured and made an impact in pre-season and there has been talk that Zinedine Zidane has lost confidence in the Spain international, who was far from his usual self in the 2018/19 campaign.
James Rodriguez has been told to stay after Marco Asensio’s major injury in the United States and so Isco could end up leaving the club. Tottenham Hotspur were thought to be interested in the Spaniard’s services and willing to sacrifice Christian Eriksen, but it was not to be as Real Madrid ultimately decided to pass on the Danish superstar.
Florentino Perez has now valued Isco at 75 million euros, lesser than the 90 million euros that were earlier thought. The Real Madrid president will try to offer the 27-year-old to Manchester United in exchange of Paul Pogba, but the Red Devils’ and the player’s demands are proving too much to cater to and hence, such a switch may not be in sight.
Isco on his part has told the club that he wants to stay on and fight for his position in the starting eleven. Apparently, the midfielder even rejected initial contact from Arsenal after Unai Emery was eyeing him. Over the last six years, Isco has always been fighting for his spot and there is no reason as to why he may leave the club this time out.
