One of the most polarizing goalscorers in the Premier League over the last 13 years, Daniel Sturridge, is looking for a new home, and he plans to choose one within the week.

After spending three years at Manchester City, four at Chelsea, and six at Liverpool, Daniel Sturridge is now a free agent. At still only 29 years of age, the forward still has a couple of years at least in his legs and could still bag 10+ goals at a competitive club.

According to The Telegraph, Sturridge is attracting multiple clubs from around the world as well,

"Sturridge has offers from 13 clubs in total, including DC United in MLS, Real Betis, Bologna, Marseille and Besiktas. Qatar is also an option for the England forward. Fenerbahce have indicated they are ready to pay £60,000-a-week to Sturridge, who is a free agent following his departure from Liverpool during the summer."

It will be interesting to see what direction the former England international goes. Obviously playing in the United States for an MLS team would be of interest to him as he spends a lot of time in Los Angeles. However, getting a nice salary in Turkey would also be a benefit to joining Fenerbahce.

Last year people started to speculate that Sturridge was far past his prime, but he proved them wrong by scoring a worldie strike against Chelsea, and against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League group stage. In the right set up, with Studge playing more as an out-and-out striker, he could really thrive.

Daniel had a hard time under manager Jurgen Klopp because he really did not play the defensive style that Klopp asks his players to perform. You can see this style with guys like Roberto Firmino who work tirelessly to track back and defend opponents.

A lower tier team like a Fenerbahce or DC United seems to make the most sense, as Sturridge could go back to his goal scoring ways and play his game. He would also most likely start every week, which is really what he is chasing, the lad really just wants game time which is something that has evaded him the past few years in the Premier League.

Where do you think Daniel Sturridge will be playing this week?
