3. Inter Milan
It seems like every year is the same story with Inter Milan these days. They come into the year with high expectations and then ultimately fall short. It’s pretty much the only reason I even

questioned putting them at 3. Last year, they actually managed to finish 4th in spite of the complete disaster their season was. They added talent this summer, brought in the last coach other than Massimiliano Allegri to win a Scudetto, and finally got rid of the Mauro Icardi headache. They should easily finish top 3 this year and I wouldn’t be shocked if they were actually able to dethrone Juve this year.
2. Napoli
After 3 second place finishes in the last 4 years, we all know that Napoli will hang around the top of this list all year. Adding Kostas Manolas to their defense and the continuing development of Fabian Ruiz will make knocking them off of this spot a tough task for anybody in the league and could even be enough for them to finally push past Juve this year. I expect to see them, Juve, and Inter battle it out for the top spot all year this year and we could see these 3 in any order at the top to end the year.
1. Juventus
This one is pretty simple. Until we see Juventus stumble or get beaten by one of the other top teams in this league then they are going to hold the top spot. They fixed their biggest issues with their signings of Matthijs de Ligt and Aaron Ramsey this summer and Maurizio Sarri should bring better performances out of this squad than we saw last year. They have been the strongest team in Serie A for 8 years now and somebody will need to prove that is no longer true to take the top spot away from them.
