Real Madrid will be more than happy to introduce the Dane…
It’s been a long time coming but Real Madrid could finally get their man. They have been coveting the signing of Christian Eriksen for some time now but they have not yet managed to get their hands on him. That could soon change.
According to ESPN, Real Madrid are prepared to offer Isco in exchange for Christian Eriksen. Isco is currently making his comeback to the starting eleven after over a month out. Eriksen, on the other hand, is not living his best life at Tottenham and appears to be longing for more.
Tottenham have been going through a rough time of things lately. They experienced their heaviest defeat in European competition when hosting Bayern Munich and the humiliation transcended to the Premier League that same weekend.

This could be detrimental in their push for silverware this season, which is bound to have a negative impact on players such as Eriksen. Eriksen is a top-quality player who deserves to be winning trophies. That said, it’s clear to see why he desires a move to Real Madrid.
Isco is an immensely talented player who has shown many promising signs playing for Real Madrid. He could easily be one of the first names on the team sheet if it wasn’t for the talent Zinedine Zidane possesses in the midfield. Take Casemiro for example, who has turned out to be Real’s best player so far this season.
Isco is a skilful midfielder who likes to play on the front foot. He thrives with the ball at his feet and he is confident in one-on-one situations. He has the touch of a maestro and he likes to bring his teammates into the game with his creativity. All in all, he has flair in abundance and the end product to match.
Should this deal be pushed through, it will benefit all parties. Tottenham would be replacing negative energy with someone fresh and exciting, whereas Real Madrid would finally be breaking down the wall of Daniel Levy to get his man. I mean, surely Levy wouldn’t turn down this deal, Spurs are known advocates of Isco.
Do you think Real Madrid will sign Christian Eriksen anytime soon?
