The out of favour Welsh winger could be on the brink of a move away from Real Madrid at last thanks to a sensational swap deal.

Gareth Bale joined the Galacticos with much optimism and hope, but his time at Real Madrid has been turbulent to say the least. Bale has endured incredible highs and unbelievable lows and after a long summer with Real Madrid trying to ship the Welsh winger out of the club, it seems in January Bale will at last leave the Spanish capital.

Real Madrid look to have found a solution which befits both parties. In the summer Bale rejected moves away because of both inadequate financial offers and offers which failed to fulfil his career ambitions.

But now Madrid look to have resolved these issues and hope to use Bale in a sensational swap deal to bring Raheem Sterling to the Galacticos from Manchester City.

According to Sky Sports Real Madrid will send scouts to watch England’s international games in November against Kosovo and Montenegro in which Sterling is set to feature. If the English winger impresses the Madrid officials, Real will begin their negotiations with Manchester City.

According to Sky Sports, Real will hope to entice City with an ambitious offer of £70 million plus Gareth Bale for the services of Sterling.

Madrid’s offer could be the perfect resolution for Bale and Real. At City Bale’s financial needs and career ambitions will be met. He will be happy and content playing back in the Premier League and under a team which looks to dominate English football with the guidance of Pep Guardiola.

Meanwhile, Madrid will be able to use their discarded player to sign Sterling who is one of the most promising players in world football right now. Sterling’s pace, skill and great goal-scoring form could be the inspiring addition to finally find someone who could fill Cristiano Ronaldo’s legendary boots.

Of course, City will be reluctant to let one of their most prized assets depart, but Sterling will certainly be lured by the prospect of playing for the biggest giants of world football in Real Madrid, and City will also get a more than adequate replacement in Bale who still has incredible ability.

The addition of Sterling could forge a great new team under Zidane, able to compete at last with Barcelona and their Champions League rivals to help return the Galacticos back to their glory years.

Sterling would certainly suit Real Madrid’s style of play and with him and Hazard on the flanks Zidane would have a formidable side.

What do you think could Real Madrid entice Manchester City with this Gareth Bale swap deal for Raheem Sterling?
