Real Madrid are looking to sign Kylian Mbappe next summer, but will have to lose heavily through their finances if they are to bring him in.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has an obsession with signing Kylian Mbappe and he has made no secret of that fact. Zinedine Zidane too has an attraction towards his compatriot and has been pretty vocal about the same, indicating that the Merengues will be ready to pay through their nose and meet any kind of price tag set by Paris Saint-Germain.

More from Real Madrid

Kylian Mbappe is touted to be a long-term successor to Cristiano Ronaldo at the Santiago Bernabeu in terms of not just goal-scoring prowess, but even marketability. The France international is going to be the next big thing in football and by the looks of it, him being the world’s best player within the next few years seems to be an inevitability.

Paris Saint-Germain broke the world record fee to sign Neymar from Barcelona for 220 million euros in 2017, but Los Blancos are expected to pay in excess of 300 million euros for their prime target. Diario GOL now claims that Kylian Mbappe has made several other demands from the club as well which they would need to satisfy if they want to land him.

Firstly, Kylian Mbappe wants to become the best paid Real Madrid player above the likes of Sergio Ramos, Gareth Bale, Eden Hazard and Karim Benzema. The former Monaco forward will push to become the highest paid player in the world, but would be fine with being behind Lionel Messi in the order having turned down Barcelona.

Mbappe also wants to be the first name on Zidane’s team sheet, which would not be much of a problem for the Whites honestly. Lastly, he was a 30,000 euros’ allowance from the club as rent for his house, salary for his private butler and driver, as well as a chef and bodyguard who will be at the player’s disposal.

Should the PSG superstar not renew his contract with the Parisians, then 2020 would be the best time for him to leave the club at least from the French giants’ point of view. Mbappe’s contract ends in 2022, so in 2021 he would leave for much cheaper and thus, only in 2020 would his owners be able to demand over 300 million euros for his services.
