Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane will have some more signings next summer and has asked the club to pursue a player worth 140 million euros.

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane oversaw a major revamp of his squad and having landed most of his targets, the club is reaping benefits now. The roster looks more gelled than it did at any point this season, and given that Los Blancos turn up in the second half of the season, a lot could be expected from them given how well they have started off.

More from Real Madrid

Eden Hazard, Rodrygo Goes and Ferland Mendy have been superb right from the off, and Luka Jovic and Eder Militao are also gradually settling into the fray. Paul Pogba was the only player which the Frenchman did not manage to sign, but Federico Valverde has helped the coach in forgetting his compatriot even though there is some talk of interest.

Diario GOL has claimed that the Whites’ manager now wants to land Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho next year. Kylian Mbappe is also on the Merengues’ radar and is a prime target for them, so even though Sancho is not Zidane’s first priority, he is wanted by the Frenchman as he highly rates the youngster.

Gareth Bale has made it clear that he is not happy in Spain’s capital, so it looks more or less certain that he would no more be a Real Madrid player during the next season. Vinicius Junior on the other hand is not very much liked by Zidane and as such, Eden Hazard’s signing has impeded the Brazilian forward of his minutes as compared to last campaign.

Borussia Dortmund on their part have conceded to the fact that Jadon Sancho will be leaving the club in 2020, so they will be willing to listen to offers from the England international. Given that they sold Ousmane Dembele very expensively two years back, they have optimistically set a price tag of 140 million euros on their wanted man.

Premier League leaders Liverpool alongside Manchester City, Manchester United and Barcelona have also vested interested in the youngster’s services and whoever signs him would have landed a superb player. Sancho already has impressive numbers, so moving to a bigger club will only make him a better player if all goes well.

Do you think Real Madrid should sacrifice Vinicius Junior if they sign Jadon Sancho?
