5 reasons Juventus fans should be excited about 2020

3 Great Strikers Finally All Playing Well
Before the end of the summer transfer window, many fans were convinced that Juventus needed to bring in an elite striker to improve the squad. They didn’t end up bringing a striker in before the window closed, leaving them with one all-time great, 2 strikers who had major issues last season, and one aging striker who they seemed set on getting rid of.
Luckily for Juve, those 2 strikers who struggled last season have seen their careers completely rejuvenated this season. Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain have both played massive parts in Juve’s success so far this season and have even helped to cover up some of the squad’s problems with timely goals and assists. The only problem was that their 3rd striker wasn’t quite living up to his billing.
At one point this season, Cristiano Ronaldo went over a month without scoring a goal from the run of play this season. In the midst of those struggles, he had that debacle where he played for Portugal in spite of an injury and then missed his next match with Juve. Things were simply not going well for Ronaldo. That changed a month ago and now he has scored 6 goals in his last 6 matches for Juve.
The fact that Juve finally has all 3 of these attacking talents playing well at the same time makes them a real threat to any team they could possibly play. We only got a glimpse before the break of what the 3 of them are capable of with all 3 on the field at the same time and all playing well. I’m really looking forward to seeing what they can do with some more time to acclimate to this new setup and, more importantly, what they can do in the Champions League if they all continue to play like this.
I can’t wait to see where Juve’s triumvirate can lead the club in the second half of the season.
