Recent transfer rumors have painted the picture that Inter Milan is going to do everything in their power to win the Scudetto this season.

That should mean they are very active over the next week and a half as they try to put together the strongest squad possible before the transfer window closes. Here are the 6 moves they should make to reach their goal.

Loan Valentino Lazaro Out

Inter Milan obviously saw some potential in Valentino Lazaro when they brought him over the summer, but he has so far been clearly the least productive of their transfers from this summer. He hasn’t lived up to his potential yet and he has struggled to find anything resembling regular playing time.

This means that a loan could do him a lot of good. Inter obviously isn’t going to be giving up on such a young player this quickly, so a transfer doesn’t make any sense. He does however need to get some more playing time under his belt to try to unlock his potential.

Valentino Lazaro’s path to playing time is just going to become more unclear over the rest of the season as Inter has already added Ashley Young, Danilo D’Ambrosio is going to come back from his injury, and Inter may very well not be done acquiring talent during this transfer window.

Inter needs to send Lazaro somewhere that he can play regularly for the rest of the season so they can get a clearer picture of whether he should be in their plans on the right side next season or if they’ll need to let him keep developing elsewhere next year. This seems like the only logical move for both sides.
