Hector Bellerin – 8/10

It was his first match since mid-December but you couldn’t tell by watching him. Hector Bellerin was phenomenal tonight and he got the all-important goal in the last ten minutes. Cutting in from the right-hand side, he beat Kepa Arrizabalaga at his far-post to grab the point for Arsenal.

Throughout the match, he was positive. He kept a firm hold of Willian after a shaky start, which was to be expected.

David Luiz – 0/10

I couldn’t even justify a 0.5 for Luiz. His performance was simply dreadful and he would have been better off not travelling. He made a foul on Tammy Abraham which denied a goal-scoring opportunity so he gave VAR their easiest decision of all time. The red card stood and rightly so.

In all honesty, he wasn’t too good before being sent off either since he fluffed his lines on a few occasions rather than sticking tradition and clearing the ball.

Shkodran Mustafi – 6.5/10

He was largely at fault for the first goal as he enabled Tammy Abraham to capitalise on a poor back-pass. However Mustafi is growing on me and throughout the match, other than the mistake, he was reasonably solid. He started off well by blocking a shot that was destined for goal and who would have thought he’d form such a great partnership with Granit Xhaka?!

It’s also worth noting; Mustafi technically got the assist for Martinelli’s goal. Extra brownie points for him.

Bukayo Saka – 6.5/10

Saka was impressive yet again tonight. He was allowed flurries where he would advance into the final third and he was at the heart of many Arsenal counter-attacks. He was not at fault for either goal but his delivery could have been a bit better. Still, that’s the only fault I can make of his well-rounded performance!
