Real Madrid predicted XI to face Atletico: Carvajal replaces Nacho
By Kian Long
Right-wing: Isco
Isco is used to playing on the left-hand side of attack, but given the dismissal of Rodrygo from the squad, Zidane may have no other choice but to start Isco on the right.
Isco is a talented playmaker and Real Madrid should be thankful to have kept him throughout this transfer window. As Los Blancos look to make breakthroughs, the intricate footwork and passing ability of Isco in the final third will be of great use to them.
Striker: Karim Benzema

Benzema will probably face his toughest test of the season as he tries to break down the wall that is Jan Oblak. Still, the Frenchman is a prolific goalscorer so he will fancy his chances.
Given his two attacking counterparts, Benzema may feel inclined to introduce them to the game on the occasion and give them goal scoring opportunities. He can offer much more than goal-scoring, so no matter the role which Zidane gives him, Benzema will happily oblige.
Left-wing: Vinicius Junior
This guy always excites me. Whenever he has been given the chance to start, he often excels. He is a little slower to get into the game when coming off the bench, which is why I’m glad he will likely start.
Vinicius will look to own the left channel and utilise his dribbling ability well. He is very good with the ball at his feet and he is quick on the ball too. That said, he will be a nightmare to defend against from Atletico’s perspective.
How do you think Real Madrid will lineup in this match?
