Juventus got back in the win column with a dominant performance against Fiorentina last weekend and now they’ll look to make it 2 in a row against Hellas Verona.

The win over Fiorentina was a nice bounce back after they lost to Napoli the weekend before and let both Inter Milan and Lazio back within striking distance of their lead atop Serie A. Juventus won the first meeting between these two and they’ll be hoping for a repeat performance to keep some room between them and the rest of the league in the league table.

Verona has been a big surprise in Serie A this season, but they have hit some struggles recently. Draws in 3 of their last 4 matches have seen them drop to 10th in the league, but they are still within 2 points of 6th. A win for them here could potentially move them into a Europa League spot.

Juventus will be a bit less short-handed for this match than they have been recently. Giorgio Chiellini, Sami Khedira, and Mehdi Benatia remain out with their long-term injuries and Danilo is still out, but this will be the first time Mattia De Sciglio is available in nearly a month. Juve should revert back to their 4-3-1-2 formation for this match.

GK: Wojciech Szczesny

Fresh off of his first clean sheet in nearly a month, I can’t see any way Wojciech Szczesny isn’t in the starting lineup on Saturday. The upcoming schedule also makes it unlikely we see Szczesny rested this weekend. Juve has a Coppa Italia match coming up and Gianluigi Buffon has been their keeper in both of their Coppa matches so far. Next weekend, they get a home match against an awful Brescia squad, which should be the match where Buffon breaks the Serie A appearance record. It also doesn’t hurt that he made a couple of great saves last weekend. Szczesny has been awesome all season long and he should be able to claim a second consecutive clean sheet in this match.
