James Maddison has been the mainstay of Leicester City’s midfield since his arrival at the club. Maddinson has been a revelation for the foxes and is a glue that binds the midfield with the forward line. The midfielder has looked sharp during set-pieces and has worked well at the flanks.

Maddison has combined well with the other midfielders. Maddison is an attacking midfielder which has also been beneficial for Leicester City’s forward line. Maddison has outsmarted the best defences with his pace and skilful dribbles.

3. Ayoze Perez

Ayoze Perez is one of the most talked-about Premier League stars at the moment. The 27-year-old has been a vital figure in the forward line for the foxes alongside Jamie Vardy. Perez has unsettled the opposition’s defence with his electric runs and swift counter-attacks.

The Spaniard is a quick thinker and his unpredictable footwork has caught the opposition’s defence off-guard. The forward has scored 7 goals in 24 Premier League games with 4 assists to his name.

The forward has shown tremendous control while moving forward and is intent has been clear in terms of playing aggressively. Brendan Rodgers has allowed Perez to play his natural game which has done his confidence a world of good. Perez is gaining the reputation of being a dangerous goal-scorer, especially inside the box.
