LB: Alex Sandro

Alex Sandro is finally reverting to the player I hoped he’d be all season long. He has finally started to press forward and attack, trying to give Juve another dimension.

He’ll need to keep it up in this match because the Juve attack really struggled on Wednesday and is taking on an even better defense in Inter. Let’s hope this version of Sandro is here to stay.

CB: Leonardo Bonucci

As always, this prediction is pretty easy. There is no doubt that Leonardo Bonucci is going to start for Juve against Inter. He has played consistently well throughout the season and his experience should be important for Juve in such a big match.

Now that we’ll finally get to see him alongside the partner he’s spent most of his career with, we might even see a better version of Bonucci.

CB: Giorgio Chiellini

This might be a little riskier than Maurizio Sarri is willing to take right now, but I really just don’t think Juventus can afford to put anything less than their absolute best on the field right now.

Giorgio Chiellini has always stepped up in the biggest matches and Juve will need that from him again on Sunday to keep themselves at the top of Serie A. This could risk reinjury, but I don’t know what Juve could be saving him for if it isn’t to win matches like this.

RB: Danilo

The story remains the same for Danilo. He still hasn’t been overly impressive, but the fact that he is one of the only options Juve has for this position will keep him in the starting lineup. He needs to step up his game soon or this will continue to be a weak point for Juve. Hopefully, he can step up on Sunday.
