It’s been a season of mixed results for Real Madrid as Los Blancos are once again in the 2nd position of the La Liga table after Barcelona’s win over Real Sociedad on Saturday.
Zinedine Zidane’s side was in the 1st position after the win over Barcelona in the El-Classico on the previous week. At present, only 2 points separate the two sides which has made the battle for La Liga title all the more intense.
After the reappointment of Zidane, Real Madrid are showing signs of revival after an inconsistent run. After his reappointment, Zidane had stated that his first mission was to see Real Madrid dominate the La Liga once again.
