8 players Juventus needs to sell during the summer transfer window

Danilo
I debated whether this spot should be occupied by Danilo or Mattia De Sciglio, but in the end, Danilo being sold just made too much sense. Danilo and De Sciglio have had similar flaws for Juventus throughout this season.
They’ve both been extremely injury prone and have been outplayed by Juan Cuadrado at right back. In fact, I still believe that Cuadrado is actually the best right back of the 3. However, it’s clear that Danilo is the one Juve should move on from,
Danilo was way too expensive of a transfer for him to remain a backup at Juventus. That means that their options are either start him or sell him and they shouldn’t force him into the starting lineup.
Instead, they should be actively trying to sell him and could even pull the same scam Man City just pulled on them and swap him to make a better option cheaper.
There is likely still a market for Danilo at 28 as he probably has 4 or 5 more years at this level. I don’t think there’s any way Juve recoups the transfer fee they just paid for him, but they’ll get more for him than they would if they sold De Sciglio.
I’ve believed the Danilo-Joao Cancelo swap was a mistake from the start and now it’s time for Juve to fix that mistake. Juve needs to start looking for an improvement at right back, but they’ll need to sell Danilo first to make that a possibility.
