8 players Juventus needs to sell during the summer transfer window

Gonzalo Higuain
Last summer I wrote about why Juventus needed to hold on to Gonzalo Higuain for this season. That worked out so well for Juventus that I think now is the perfect time for them to sell Higuain.
Last summer, Higuain was coming off of an awful season that saw him struggle for both AC Milan and Chelsea and people were wondering just how much Higuain had left in the tank. It was going to be very difficult for Juve to find a strong offer for him, making selling him less than ideal.
Now, he has proven that he can still play at a very high level. As much as fans like to give all of the credit for Juve’s success this season to Cristiano Ronaldo, the fact of the matter is Higuain and Paulo Dybala carried this team through the months of October and November.
Juve obviously won’t be getting an exorbitant transfer fee for Higuain, but they should get offers that make his sale make a lot more sense this summer. as great as Higuain’s time in Torino has been, it seems like we’ve reached the point that it’s time for him and the club to move on. He will continue to struggle in his pursuit of regular playing time because of Ronaldo and Dybala and won’t be at his best for much longer.
Juve should sell Higuain this summer to a team who could use him more frequently and utilize his transfer fee to bring in a younger replacement that they can build their future around.
