Real Madrid: 3 signings Zinedine Zidane will make in 2020

3. Eduardo Camavinga
One of the more affordable options for Zinedine Zidane would be Eduardo Camavinga. The 17-year-old has been a standout performer for Rennes this season and it has earned him a spot in the regular starting XI.
Rennes have been known to produce some spectacular players over the years and I have no doubt that Camavinga will be one of them. That said, it’s essential that Real Madrid get their hands on him before one of their European competitors do.

Camavinga has played alongside Steven Nzonzi this season, who is one of the most underrated and experienced in his position. That said, he has acclimatised to Ligue 1’s needs well and many would argue he is suited to La Liga.
What strikes me most about Camavinga is his dribbling ability. He has excellent close control and the speed to match. This leads him to draw many fouls since it tends to be the only way opponents can stop him with the ball at his feet. In many ways, he is midfield’s answer to Eden Hazard.
Zidane would work wonders with this wonder-kid since he shares many traits with the French manager from his playing days. It’s crazy because Chamavinga was probably too young to watch Zidane live in the flesh but he would have learned plenty about his position from one of the best to ever do it, that’s for sure.
