Liverpool fans should be concerned with what Senegal internationals are saying about their beloved Sadio Mane…

Liverpool really did strike gold when they signed Sadio Mane. Arriving from Southampton, the Senegal winger has been rapid and he has improved the side tenfold.

The main traits of his revolve around speed and the ability to beat his man out wide. He is also excellent at cutting inside and taking on the shot himself, while he plays in a free-flowing attack system alongside Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah.

However, Liverpool fans are wary about Mane and rightfully so. He is expected to attract worldwide interest this summer, with the likes of Real Madrid interested in his services.

More from Liverpool FC

As someone who was dubbed as a contender to win last year’s Ballon d’Or, Liverpool fans have every right to want to keep ahold of him. I mean, I can’t think of a club in the world which Mane wouldn’t directly benefit.

According to a report from AS, a Spanish publication, Keita Balde has revealed that Mane would be open to a move to Real Madrid. This shouldn’t surprise Liverpool fans, however, his Senegalese teammate has also claimed that Mane was unlikely to remain at Anfield “forever”.

Perhaps Keita Balde knows something that the Liverpool camp does not. After all, part of the international trade is that the players are much closer-knit than they would be playing together domestically.

Those who follow Real Madrid news closely will know that Real Madrid is on the hunt to add to their attack this summer. With the likes of James Rodriguez, Isco and Gareth Bale all thought to be on their way out, Zinedine Zidane needs to add some reinforcements.

Mane is the perfect man for the job and having faced the Reds in the past, Zidane has made no secret of his admiration for their front-line.

So, what do you think? Could Liverpool be at risk of losing one-third of their frightening front three?
