Arsenal must make sacrifices in the summer transfer window, so losing players is one of them. However, they should have no issues in selling Sead Kolasinac.
There aren’t many things we can say for certain in times like this. However, I can say one thing for certain; this transfer window is going to be a mysterious one, given the implications of the Coronavirus pandemic. There’s no hiding from it, but if sensible, Arsenal could work their magic and find loopholes.
One of those being, of course, replacing their star players with like-for-like replacements. Disposing of dead-wood, which the Gunners have plenty of, could raise some funds also.
I’ll be the first to throw this one out there; Sead Kolasinac is not needed at the Emirates Stadium. Yes, he’s a good player when he wants to be, but unfortunately, he NEVER wants to be. He is a frequent member of the treatment table and this is not what Mikel Arteta needs going forward.

That said, it’s good to see the recent news from ABC (via the Daily Star). They have reported that Arsenal is in contact with Real Madrid over a potential deal for Sergio Reguilon. The Spanish left-back is on loan at Sevilla, and it’s thought to be a successful loan.
The 23-year-old is expected to achieve great things, having already acquired an abundance of experience in Spain. However, his playing style, I think, is perfectly suited to Mikel Arteta’s philosophy.
Arteta needs a full-back he can trust going forward, which he has in Kieran Tierney and Bukayo Saka. As well as a full-back that has the energy and determination to drop back, which he only has in Tierney. That said, bringing in an alternative, especially given Tierney’s injury scares already, would be worthwhile.
Reguilon fits the quota almost perfectly. He can often be found in the final third, providing exceptional balls to his attacker. However, he is also not afraid to put his body on the line or clear the danger in the defensive-third. He is the perfect well-rounded individual and it makes him the ideal successor to Kolasinac, who simply must be moved on.
Do you think Arsenal should sign Sergio Reguilon?
