And finally, the name you’ve been waiting for. Perhaps the most desired name this summer for Arsenal is Thomas Partey, currently playing for Atletico Madrid.
And the good news for Arsenal fans is that he actually revealed recently that he would prefer a move to the Emirates Stadium over anything else. This is according to the Telegraph, who believe that Alexandre Lacazette could be used as part of the swap deal.

Thomas Partey is one of the most recognisable midfielders in the world, largely due to the platform La Liga has given him. He’s been exceptional for Atletico Madrid this season and their poor league standings are not a reflection of his performances.
Signing Partey would enable Arsenal to deploy a midfield three and give them more defensive stability since it means Hector Bellerin would not need to invert his play as much as he has done this season.
Partey is the best option for Arsenal in terms of solidifying their midfield, this is for certain. However, he is likely to cost the most but using Lacazette for leverage is a sensible option for the Gunners.
