2. Willian

Perhaps annoyingly, Willian has continued his good form into the second portion of the season. The reason why I say this is annoying is that it looks certain now that the Brazil international will leave Stamford Bridge for free, perhaps even to rivals Arsenal or Tottenham.

However, this is not preventing his work on the pitch, which is the least Lampard asks for. Willian has been phenomenal in both matches, and he capped it off with a fine penalty to beat Ederson and secure a crucial three points against the former champions.

Willian is a locomotive attacker that oozes Brazilian flair. While his form can be hit and miss, he has been one of the most consistent and better performers in his last season at Stamford Bridge. Perhaps this explains why Chelsea went all out to sign his replacement in Timo Werner.

Either way, the Blues won’t mind so long as he continues his good form until the end of the season. Chelsea have a Champions League to qualify for, in which they will certainly do if the Brazil international keeps up his good form.

A fine display against Aston Villa and a comeback goal against Manchester City will do his confidence the world of good, with potential suitors lining up and watching his good form.
