1. Dani Ceballos

Another option for Arsenal to explore would be to sign Dani Ceballos permanently. I know, I know; this one is a wildcard, right? Arsenal have made it clear that they don’t think they have the resources to sign a player of Ceballos’ calibre permanently, but surely the addition of Guendouzi would help with this, right?

Ceballos is proving himself in the Arsenal squad more and more as the weeks go on. His late winning goal in the FA Cup reminded me of what it was like to have Aaron Ramsey in the XI, someone who you could rely on the keep his composure in the closing stages of the match.

Ceballos isn’t the perfect midfielder but then again, who is? Even the world class players have their flaws. For his age of 23 years old, Ceballos has made immense progress and playing in the two biggest leagues in the world has certainly helped him with that.

The thing that I like the most about Ceballos is that he is a committed player, not at all what I predicted of him when he first signed. I thought he would be a luxury player who would give up when the going gets tough, but he’s actually been quite the opposite. He knows his flaws well and he works consistently to work on them, with immense reward.

He seems to have really fallen in love with the club and its fanbase, so there would be no issues from a personal standpoint. It would just be a case of whether the two clubs can fathom an agreement.

Who do you think Arsenal will sign this summer?
