#1 The unity of the dressing room under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Manchester United’s win over Bournemouth makes it 14 for them in the five games since football returned to action and they are now in the FA Cup semi-finals and firm favorites for a Champions League spot next season.

At times on Saturday United were brilliant. The link-up play between the front six was sublime, even Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw were getting involved with clever first-time passes from their full-back positions. Fernandes and Paul Pogba have begun to build a great relationship in the United midfield.

Martial-Rashford-Greenwood is forming a deadly attacking trio. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has even set Mason Greenwood a challenge to keep his spot in the Manchester United first team as he admitted the “sky is the limit” for the promising forward. If there is anything wrong with United’s team as of now it is there shaky centre-back pairing and De Gea’s frequent errors in goal.

Solskjaer is starting to create that ideal atmosphere in the dressing room by getting Pogba into the squad, managing to keep the likes of McTominay, Fred and Matic happy while giving the youngsters a game every now and then. He might not be tactically sound has Alex Ferguson but he certainly knows what it likes to be in a prime United dressing room and he is replicating it.
