The Kelley O’Hara Just Women’s Sports podcast amplifies the voices of female athletes.

USWNT and Utah Royals FC star Kelley O’Hara launched her Just Women’s Sports podcast on Tuesday.

Why is this important? Because as a well-spoken Stanford University graduate, Hermann Trophy winner, two times FIFA World Cup Champion, and Olympic gold medalist with a unique insight as to what it takes to be an exceptional athlete, Kelley O’Hara is indisputably someone who is worth listening to.

For many years now, she’s inspired people with her tenacious defensive play, smart attacking distribution, and out of this world work ethic. With the launch of her podcast, she now has an additional outlet through which to inspire and entertain.

Kelley O’Hara’s choice to begin her tenure as a podcast host with Just Women’s Sports is particularly significant as well.

Just Women’s Sports is a female-run media brand founded by former professional soccer player Haley Rosen that is specifically dedicated to covering women’s sports and female athletes. By joining forces with Just Women’s Sports, Kelley O’Hara has shown a commitment to amplifying the voices of female athletes and promoting the previously untold stories of these athletes that not only deserve to be heard but might help the next generation of young athletes as they strive to be great.

Through her podcast, Kelley O’Hara is able to dive deep into important topics in a relaxed conversational setting. She’ll be interviewing dominant athletes with fascinating stories across a number of different sports, but her first episode will feature none other than her friend and fellow USWNT star Alex Morgan.

This podcast episode marks Alex Morgan’s first interview since the birth of her daughter Charlie in May. The interview covers a range of topics that includes her new role as a mother and her journey from club soccer to the USWNT.

So if you’re looking for something to listen to as you bake your next batch of sourdough bread, or just want to be inspired by female athletes excelling in their sports, give this podcast a listen. I have a funny feeling Kelley O’Hara might just become your new favorite podcast host.
