#2 Ousmane Dembele (Barcelona)

This one is a risky one. Ousmane Dembele has not played so far in this calendar year, because a misunderstanding saw Barcelona unregister him from La Liga, so they could have enough names to feature Martin Braithwaite (who was absolutely awful, by the way).

Dembele was not a feature in Barcelona’s project restart, then, but he likely wouldn’t have been anyway. He has been nursing that same hamstring injury and according to Heavy, is facing a battle of time to see if he can feature in the match against Napoli.

Even if he doesn’t start the match, it would be nice to see Dembele feature on the bench. He is that sort of player, Arsenal fans will be aware of, that can change the tempo of a match with his blistering pace and creativity.

This is one of the main reasons why Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang loved working alongside him during their Borussia Dortmund days; the Gabon international loves it when creativity comes from wide positions since it allows him to make inverted runs and finish with great aplomb.

It’s thought that Aubameyang is egging his side on to sign Ousmane Dembele this summer, which will give the fans plenty of excitement. As there’s a chance he might play his first game in a while, Arsenal fans and indeed the board should be watching him with a keen eye.
