Manchester United’s conundrum has hopefully taken its final turn.

Chances are, as a Manchester United fan you are sick to death of hearing about Paul Pogba‘s rumoured move away from the club. It has been the overriding tale of the last number of seasons and it is yet to happen. However, this summer could be perfect for Solskjaer to revamp his plans.

It looks clear that the Norwegian boss is looking to improve two areas of his play; the attack and signing a new centre back, too. This makes sense, given United’s struggles defensively this season and the injuries they have faced in the final third.

Rumour has it, Ole could look to weaken his midfield, which is incredibly strong as it is, in order to strengthen his attack. The news comes from Tuttosport, who claim that Manchester United are considering a swap deal with Juventus, which would see Pogba rejoin his former club and Paulo Dybala come the other way.

More from Manchester United

Paulo Dybala is a player that United fans will be no strangers to, given the links between the two in the past. United have been known advocates of the Argentine for some time now, and it’s clear to see why.

He would add great experience to the starting XI, having played alongside two of the best players of all time; you know who I’m talking about. Ageing at 26 years old, he is only just approaching the prime stage of his career too, so he would be perfect in Solskjaer’s project.

With Andrea Pirlo as the new manager of the Old Lady, it’s clear that changes will be made. It remains to be seen whether Dybala is part of his plans, but if Dybala can secure this swap deal, then he won’t have to stick around to possibly be disappointed.
