14. Manchester United

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is on the hot seat at Manchester United because VAR is carrying his team more than his tactics. Defensively, the Red Devils have been woeful as they allowed Crystal Palace to score three times at Old Trafford, and Brighton joined the fun with two goals as well.

Offensively, this team has lacked creativity, and they only have three points because of a penalty scored in the 99th minute.

13. West Ham

West Ham started the season in the worst possible way with a 2-0 defeat at home against Newcastle United, but they put up a good fight against Arsenal the following week, despite losing that game 2-1 in the 85th minute.

The Hammers turned things around in a big way last weekend, though, as they thrashed Wolverhampton by four goals.

12. Newcastle United

Newcastle United have experienced a little bit of everything early on this season. They impressed on opening day against West Ham (2-0), collapsed in seven minutes against Brighton (0-3), and have VAR to thank for stealing a point against Tottenham. Developing consistency will be crucial for the Magpies over the next few weeks.
