As Arsenal prepare to host Aston Villa, here’s the predicted XI.

Arsenal supporters are in an amazing mood and rightly so. They are on a three game win-streak, including away from home against Manchester United. They will now be playing at home in the Premier League, against Aston Villa who sit atop them in the league standings, after a fine start to the league which shouldn’t be undermined.

It is bound to be a tough match for the Gunners, but Mikel Arteta will surely drill a killer mentality into his players in preparation for this match but he has an added reponsibility of selecting the best possible XI. Here’s how I think he should setup:

GK: Bernd Leno

As usual, I don’t think there will be any questions asked here. While Alex Runarsson is a great goalkeeper, he isn’t going to replace the king anytime soon. Bernd Leno started for the Gunners in the recent Europa League win and he will start again this match.
