Hector Bellerin

This one comes as no surprise, really. Bellerin is often the first player on the team sheet, mainly because there aren’t many in the squad that can realistically challenge him for a place. But still, he has the energy levels that allow him to play week in, week out, so Mikel Arteta won’t complain.

Bellerin played well against Leeds and had a moment of brilliance with his late pass that should have resulted in a goal, he will look to provide the same against Wolves.

Gabriel Magalhaes

Gabriel has ended up being Arsenal’s best signing of the summer. He is a constant feature in the XI and this won’t change against Wolves. Against Leeds last time out, he was physically demanding and rarely let Patrick Bamford have a sniff at goal. He will have a tougher time against Jimenez, but Gabriel’s frightening demeanour puts him above the striker.

Rob Holding

David Luiz started in the midweek game in the Europa League so I doubt he will start again this weekend. This leaves Rob Holding with another spot in the matchday squad. Against Leeds, he was solid and kept a clean sheet alongside Gabriel. He will start again in this one.

Kieran Tierney

Tierney is clearly full of passion and this is why it’s great to have him in the XI each week. Providing he channels his anger, of course, he is a valuable member of the team. He will look to get forward as much as possible and provide some balls to the running of Pierre-Emerick Aubemeyang.
