Bruno Fernandes – 7/10

Fernandes was excellent, which is no longer a surprise to read. Not only was he good at getting forward and creating chances for his teammates, but he was also very physical. This is always very much needed, but espcially in a derby.

The Portgual international busted his gut to follow City’s play and cut out their passes, which in turn helped his side to carve more chances. He’ll be frustrated with only getting a draw at home.

Marcus Rashford – 5/10

Almost won a penalty in the second half, however, the play was soon ruled out for offside. Rashford will be frustrated with the lck of service he received, as he often thrives in situations like this when he is at the centre of play.

Mason Greenwood – 5/10

Came off late in the second half but he can’t be too proud of his performance. There were only a few highlights of his and in each one he made the wrong decision. In fairness to Greenwood, he was starved of chances, but he didn’t need to rush the way he did when they were presented to him.

Anthony Martial – 5/10 (SUB)

Played through the centre when he was brought on in the second half. He didn’t have enough time to get on the scoresheet, but he presented a chance to Bruno late one, which the Portuguese didn’t convert.
