Arsenal: Mikel Arteta demands the board to sign three huge midfielders

The Arsenal board must facilitate Arteta’s needs.

There are no two ways about it, Arsenal are in a position of need right now. While they may have improved last night in their draw against Southampton, they have fallen short this season and find themselves in the bottom half of the table.

This is not the position that Mikel Arteta would have envisioned when he first joined the club and seemed to turn things around. He will want a repeat of this turnaround in his second season, and with the January transfer window coming up, he may have this wish granted.

Here are the three players which Arteta will want to sign…

ISCO

According to Defensa Central (via Team Talk), Arteta has specifically asked the board that he wishes for them to sign Isco from Real Madrid this summer. Arteta is a clear advocate of his countryman, who would bring Arsenal some much needed flair and goal scoring ability to their midfield.

Isco is a real creative midfielder who prides himself on his passing ability in the final third. If there are no future plans for Mesut Ozil, then Isco would be the ideal replacement that Arsenal fans have been calling out for for some time now.
