It was not the best day at the office for Arsenal, as they were held to a 0-0 stalemate against Manchester United. Heading into the match, this result would have looked positive from the Gunners’ perspective, but they rarely threatened, and neither did the Red Devils.

Here are three players that could have put in a better display for Arsenal…

1. Arsenal’s worst player Willian

I feel like everyone had the same reaction when Willian was brought on; a yawn. He was a substitute for Gabriel Martinelli, who came off at half-time. He failed to liven up the game and if anything, only slowed the pace down for the Gunners.

I will never understand why commentators continue to praise him like he’s the best player on the pitch. He did nothing, don’t be fooled.
