2. Bukayo Saka impresses… again!

The Youngest was involved in all the action tonight and was lucky not to score late on in the second half (although the attempt was ruled offside) and was also dragged down twice in the box, with the latter resulting in Arsenal’s penalty.

He pressed the Leed’s defence continuously, especially during the first half and they were able to break down his runs, with tackles being the only options to try and take the ball from him.

The build-up play to Bellerin’s goal was started with Saka who controlled the ball well on the edge of the box before bringing it in and passing it on.

His energy and passion radiated throughout the team, which really boosted their confidence throughout the game and he was such a clinical part of the win, despite scoring any of the goals.

At the age of just 20, he’s cemented his place as a regular starter in the squad and a vital piece of Arsenal and Arteta’s future. He’s a favourite amongst fans and even some pundits and his future in North London is very bright and he still has so far to go.
