Since starting these articles, I’m sure I’ve mentioned Saka in every single one I’ve written, but who can blame me really?

The youngster, who many Arsenal fans say needs to be rested by Arteta, was yet again involved in the action and grabbed himself two assists, both to put Aubameyang on the score sheet.

His first assist was a lovely through ball, with his second being a curling cross to the back post in the box, in which the Gabonese striker found himself on the end of both.

Saka himself had two shots on goal and was unfortunate not to get his own name on the score sheet, but that didn’t stop him impressing for the full 90 minutes as he also created four chances and had a pass accuracy of 92%, levelling with teammates Martin Odegaard and Kieran Tierney who both but in brilliant individual performances.

Arsenal fans still wonder when Arteta will rest the 20-year old, as he was subbed off in the 90th minute with only four minutes to play, but when you’re the best player week in week out, it must be hard for your manager to want to rest you.

I don’t believe Arteta will rest him against Leicester on Sunday as it will certainly be a very tough game, but he might against Burnley, who sit 15th and have recently been inconsistent in the league, to give the youngster a rest before the North London Derby.
