Thomas Tuchel and Jurgen Klopp will meet for the first time in the Premier League on Thursday with Chelsea travelling to Liverpool. The home side are in poor form whereas Tuchel’s Blues have been playing pretty well. But he will want to continue this run, which is always a difficult task against Liverpool.

That being said, here’s how I think Tuchel will lineup at Anfield…

Chelsea’s obvious number one Edouard Mendy

I feel like this one pretty much goes without saying. He is the number one under Tuchel and he’s been playing pretty well, largely to thank for Chelsea’s run of good defensive form. Mendy will have to keep the likes of Mohamed Salah from having a sniff of the net, but he will be up for the occasion as he often is.
