Chelsea’s predicted XI to face Liverpool: A pivotal three points for Tuchel
By Kian Long
“Flop” returns to the XI
It’s games like this which are why Timo Werner was signed, so Thomas Tuchel should have trust in him. Obviously, the fans don’t as they have no reason to but this is the German’s opportunity to give them reason to trust. After all, Giroud wasn’t exactly amazing against United so Werner should be given the nod again.
Alongside him will likely by Hakim Ziyech and Mason Mount, both players providing plenty of flair and creativity. It seems like this front-three could work for Tuchel, if used correctly, of course.
