Liverpool finished their Premier League season on a high note by winning their last five games to finish in the top three and secure another year of UEFA Champions League for 2021/2022 season.
The Reds were rattled with injury this season, but they look forward to make up for it next season with few good signings in the upcoming transfer window.

Liverpool is one of the most successful clubs in Europe and it’s no surprise that a top player like Youri Tielemans is being heavily linked with a move to Anfield.
According to Empire of the Kop, the Belgian midfielder is devastated with the way Leicester finished the season which resulted in missing out on the top four and Champions League football.
Despite of winning the FA Cup, it is rumored that he’s keen on joining Liverpool next season – if the Reds make a serious offer.

Tielemans joined Leicester City on a loan deal in 2019, eventually being secured permanently the following year for £32 million after a decent 2 year spell with AS Monaco.
Ever since his arrival in the East Midlands, he’s been a crucial player for the Foxes in their resurgence under former Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers.
His long range strike against Chelsea in the FA Cup turned out to be the signature shot that gave Leicester a domestic trophy.
Wijnaldum’s perfect replacement
It is hard to digest the fact that Liverpool will be without Gini Wijnaldum next season as he is likely to join either FC Barcelona or Bayern Munich as a free agent.
The 30-year-old Dutch maestro will be leaving the Anfield as an unforgettable legend, but replacing him with another top midfielder like Tielemans might turn out to be a win-win scenario.
Marquee Signing
Last year the surprisingly delightful signings of Thiago Alcantara and Diogo Jota were great. But it’s almost three years now since they’ve had an active high profile summer transfer window.

Tielemans is already a top-class midfielder and he is still quite young having only turned 24 recently..
The 24-year-old midfielder was labeled as another Anderlecht wonderkid , but now that he has shown his talent in the Leicester shirt and if he joins Liverpool, it could only be another milestone for the young Belgian superstar.
