Bouanga strikes again at the back of the net, Giroud seals
The second half began with LAFC on top. In minute 57, a foul was committed on Bouanga inside the area by Memo Rodríguez, who gave a penalty. He opted to take it himself, beating keeper John Pulskamp with the effort, before rolling in his eighth MLS campaign strike. Patience as well as accuracy formed the basis for the turnaround.
To go along with the strike, two assists were given by Bouanga as well, one on the team's third. In stoppage time in the second half, LAFC capitalized on a break as a result.
