Barcelona rules out selling Vitor Roque for the future

It seems that he is backing that up by keeping the player.

The decision to send Vitor Roque to gain experience at another club, perhaps in LaLiga itself, could be an opportunity for the youngster's career. Instead of putting him in a high-pressure situation where every minute on the pitch would be analyzed with a magnifying glass, Barcelona choose to give him time, space and, above all, real opportunities to develop in a more controlled environment. Whether in a lesser team in Spain or even one of Europe's giants, such as Porto, Lazio or Napoli - clubs interested in the player according to Joaquim Piera - the loan will allow Vitor Roque to adjust, regain his confidence and, most importantly, play in his natural position of center forward.

Of course, there are those who criticize Barcelona's lack of patience in working with young talents like Vitor Roque. But the truth is that, in modern soccer, patience is a rare virtue. The pressure for immediate results can lead to impulsive decisions that are often detrimental to both the club and the player. By choosing the loan route, Barcelona are signaling that they are willing to wait and invest in Vitor Roque's development, recognizing that not every star player emerges instantly. Some need time to adapt, to mature.
