With the 24/25 season underway, FC Barcelona are yet to assemble the proper machinery needed for their upcoming campaign. With the signing of Dani Olmo, Barcelona continues to add a bit of flair to their squad; however, this signing raises more questions than probable answers. Barcelona continues to misplace their priorities with luxurious investments instead of addressing crucial necessities.

After registering Dani Olmo following the first two games of the league, Barcelona stood firm that they could bring in the Italian winger Federico Chiesa from Juventus on the cheap as a strategic market opportunity.

News outlets now report that Barcelona is also considering a move for the German defender Jonathan Tah from Bayer Leverkusen following the German club’s remarkable campaign last season.

There is still discontent among several FC Barcelona fans who express their frustration online over the numerous departures made by the club to register just one new signing. It is being reported that Barcelona have taken advantage of the injury to the Danish defender, Andreas Christensen, which will leave the player out of the squad for two months. During his recovery period, the club will try to finalize the brand deal with Nike that will facilitate the club to re-register him back in the squad upon his return.

Amidst ongoing developments, Barcelona still assures supporters they will look to bring in one or two more additional players in Federico Chiesa and Jonathan Tah. It appears the club wants to make space for the players by orchestrating further departures.

One such player rumored to leave the camp is the Spanish defender Eric Garcia, who has had a couple of minutes this season at the holding midfielder position and has been quite decent for the Catalans.

In addition to Chiesa and Tah, some media outlets are also reporting that Barcelona is interested in Rafael Leao, who is believed to be open to a move to the Spanish side. Meanwhile, according to Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool is also interested in the Italian winger Federico Chiesa, who does not deny that he likes a move to England. Joan Laporta and his team may need to explore alternative options, such as Kingsley Coman, as it might be difficult to go toe to toe with the English giants given their financial constraints.

As we approach the season, Barcelona still look frail in comparison to their major rivals in Europe. With the rope of financial constraints tightened around their necks, it gets even more difficult for the Spanish giants to compete. However, with the right sporting deals, they can still make it back to the top.

Despite the ongoing challenges, Hansi Flick has managed to secure six points from his first two matches, and that too with a commendable performance. He has reminded the fans about his success with a sextuple from his time at Bayern. Flick has remained focused on the pitch, making no excuses about the club's inability to make a superstar signing or any signings at all, showcasing his ability to adapt and lead under pressure.
