Mexico RW Jesus Corona, Twente (22)

Not only is Jesus Corona a two-footed player with a beastly nickname and skill in spades, but he also had nine goals and four assists in 27 appearances last season for the Eredivisie’s FC Twente. The 22-year-old who started his career in Monterrey is one of Mexico’s most promising players, and he could play a key role for El Tri after consistently impressing in one of Europe’s most competitive leagues (a league that also features Andres Guardado).

Corona mostly plays on the right side, but he can be deployed centrally or on the left if needed. He was one of the most influential players on the league’s tenth-best team due to his ability to create chances for others, and his dribbling was constantly a joy to watch. PSV have even been linked to the winger, who is a good bet to become star for national team; we’ll see if that happens as soon as Copa America 2015.

He draws fouls, he bamboozles defenders, he’s a clinical finisher for a winger, and he always pops up into dangerous positions. Keep an eye on him.
