Nathaniel Clyne

I’m going to admit my slight bias here, so I’m sorry. I feel that Nathaniel Clyne is a better right-back than Kyle Walker. I’ve watched Clyne’s entire season at Liverpool, and he’s been nothing but top draw.

Easily one of Liverpool’s most consistent players in a less than consistent season, the 25 year-old has made an outstanding 51 appearances for the Reds.

He’s contributed 2 goals and 2 assists in that time, and provides quick counter-attacking and solid defensive cover. Admittedly, Spurs finishing third (somehow not second!) could allow many to prefer Walker in this position, yet I feel Clyne offers similar to Walker, with fewer errors and more consistent impacts.

I guess this one is simply a matter of preference.
