10. Iceland vs Turkey

These two teams have also been in the same group for Euro 2016 qualifiers, and both legs were full of surprises. In the first match of qualifiers, Iceland gave Turkey a big 3-0 beating which started off their magical run which eventually took them to quarter finals of the actual competition. In the second leg, the match was intense until the full whistle where against all odds, Selcuk Inan’s 89th minute gave 10-men Turkey a 1-0 win and an automatic qualifying spot.

In a group which also features strong teams like Croatia and Ukraine, getting something out of this game will be crucial for both teams. Fortunately for the home side, Turkey will be missing players such as Arda Turan, Nuri Sahin, Burak Yilmaz, Selcuk Inan, Umut Bulut, and Gokhan Tore. Instead, they will be depending on younger players such as Emre More (19), Cenk Tosun (25), Hakan Calhanoglu (22), Okay Yokoslu (22), and Enes Unal (19).

After their amazing performance at Euros, Iceland had made few changes to their side. Former assistant Heimir Hallgrímsson was given the coaching job when Lars Lagerback decided to part ways. He has only made two changes to the squad that was chosen for the Euros and will most likely be sticking with the same tactics. This should be a great match and something to not miss out on.
