7. Slovenia vs England

After Sam Allardyce’s departure, Gareth Southgate has been appointed as caretaker of England and one of his duties now is to get a result in Slovenia.

Some new faces have been called up for three lions, such as Michael Keane, Jesse Lingard, and Michail Antonio who have no appearances for the team. Meanwhile, Slovenia will have Atletico Madrid keeper Jan Oblak in the net with Kevin Kampl of Bayer Leverkusen pulling strings in the midfield.

This should not be too hard for England, although Slovenia is not to be taken lightly especially at their home. Southgate could be given the job permanently if the team starts performing well under him. This will be one of the games to see if he has enough managerial talent to take over the hot seat.
