Son Heung-Min – £60 million
No player has done more to increase their value over the past month or so than Son. He’s catapulted himself from the fringes of the first team to an unquestioned member of the starting XI in record time.
Even so, his value doesn’t approach the likes of Harry Kane. He hasn’t proven the ability to score goals at a high rate for an entire Premier League campaign. If he does, his value will continue to skyrocket.
Christian Eriksen – £55 million
The Danish star is another attacker who would prove very expensive to any other club. Some fans slate him for his lack of physicality, but his skill on the ball is obvious to all.
It’s possible that a club from a more finesse-based league might be willing to pay a massive fee for Eriksen. Tottenham won’t want to part with their midfield metronome, but Eriksen certainly has a price.

Erik Lamela – £45 million
The Argentine is another midfielder who divides opinion within the Spurs fan base. Some love him because of his unquestioned work ethic, while others slate him because of his erratic quality in the final third.
As you might expect, the truth is somewhere in between. He’s an exceptional fit under Pochettino because of his effort level, but everyone would benefit from more consistent finishing ability from Lamela. Even given his inconsistent play, he’d still cost a premium fee for any club who might want to acquire his services.
